Known Issues.
Issues the fleet is reporting most. Fixed in the next release or targeted for the version shown.
No confirmed issues are open right now. netplex. is in early access, so this list is short by circumstance rather than by claim - it fills in as installs report faults we can reproduce.

How an issue ends up on this page
This page is not a wish list and it is not a support queue. It is the short list of faults netplex. has confirmed are real, written in plain language, with an honest status next to each one.
- An install reports a fault. If you left anonymous diagnostics turned on, your copy of netplex. sends the shape of a crash or a failed operation - never your lab data, your configs or your username. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy.
- Reports are grouped. One report is usually a local quirk. The same fault arriving from several unrelated installs is a bug in netplex., and it gets grouped into a single issue.
- We reproduce it. Nothing is published here on the strength of a counter alone. An engineer has to make the fault happen on purpose before it appears on this page.
- It gets published, then tracked. The issue appears above with the number of installs affected and moves through the statuses below until the fix has shipped and the fleet confirms it is gone.
What the statuses mean
- Investigating
- We have reproduced the fault and we are still working out what causes it. No fix date yet.
- Working on it
- The cause is understood and a fix is being written. A target version is shown where we are confident of it.
- Fixed
- The fix has shipped in the version named. Update your install to get it.
- Confirmed fixed
- The fix shipped and reports of the fault have stopped arriving from installs that updated. This is the strongest signal we can give you.
Something broken that is not listed here?
Then we probably do not know about it yet, and we would like to. Two things help most: what you were doing when it broke, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes. If you can, include the diagnostics bundle - netplex. can collect one for you from the support screen, and it carries logs rather than lab contents.

Planned work belongs on the roadmap; this page is only for things that are broken. If you are weighing netplex. up against another tool, the comparison pages are the honest version, limitations included.
